Job Description     

Reporting into the Customer Contact Team Leader, the Travel Advisor – Airline will be responsible for driving business and maximising sales through multiple channels in the Contact Centre covering inbound sales, service and outbound calls.

In this role, you will be responsible for resolving customers’ queries and making changes to bookings where necessary , ensuring that you always provide the best in class service to customers over the telephone.

The successful candidate will be results driven self starter who will be able to drive business and bookings through all contact centre channels and maximising revenues through switch selling, up - selling and retail product sales.

Excellent customer service skills and a great telephone manner are essential along with experience of achieving monthly targets, ideally within a call centre environment. The ability to multi-task and quickly interpret complex information is essential, whilst communicating effectively and building strong relationships with our customers.

A flexible approach to working hours is required as you will work varying shift patterns including weekends and bank holidays.
