Seattle, Boeing [NYSE: BA] has announced today, Avolon the Dublin-based leasing company took delivery of the direct-order of the first of 12 Next-Generation 737-800 aircraft ordered in December 2009. Tyrolean Airways and Lufthansa Technik AERO Alzey (LTAA), have signed a multi-year Spare Engine Pool Agreement to support Tyrolean's fleet of 1fourteen Bombardier Dash8-Q400 aircraft. As per the terms of the agreement, LTAA will provide PW150A spare engines for planned and unplanned engine removals.
