Job Purpose:
To ensure appropriate operation of the company's operating fleet for all "Aircraft Structure' items. Also, to implement best practice with regard to Aircraft Engineering Functions
Duties/Responsibilities:
- This role will be responsible for generating EOS, EES, ESR, ER, and EA documents, as well as any other documents that are used to support Aircraft Technical Operations.
- This role will monitor and improve Aircraft Mainetnance Reliability in terms of Structure. Communicating with manufacturers to improve aircraft structure issues and generating aircraft manuals will also be part of this position.
- Ths position will ACTIVELY contribute as part of the management team to improve performance and promote sustainable business growth.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Degree in Aeronautical/Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum of eight years of experience in engineering reliability, with two years in a management position.
