Job Description :The Product Executive, ICE will be responsible for maximizing value from the ICE platform and content. This includes strategy evaluation, product development, product management, project implementation, standards setting and monitoring, commercial analyses and evaluation, competitive benchmarking and liaison with internal departments and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and liaise with suppliers to ensure suppliers’ performance is at the agreed standard
- Handle monthly system usage and consolidate and review serviceability data
- Upkeep Airshow systems profile and content
- Coordinate monthly content and screen updates for communications and entertainment platform
- Support and liaise with other stakeholders in new initiatives development and adhoc projects
- Manage Change Requests raised to suppliers
- Perform audit check on responsible areas
- Ensure the produces and services developed comply with customer priorities, competitive imperatives, approved product strategy, brand values, and positioning guidelines
- Recommend product initiatives and prepare business cases in support of these initiatives
- Coordinate and monitor project progress and expenses, provide regular reports to steering committee, highlighting issues need addressing.
- Plan and coordinate internal and external product communication
- Plan and coordinate product training in support of successful product launch.
Job Requirements :
- University graduate with three to five years’ working experience
- Strong customer focus with a good understanding of market research, product planning and management
- Strong project management skills with experience of working in a multi-cultural environment
- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese with a proven ability to work in a multicultural environment
- Able to work both independently and within a team
- Good problem solving and analytical skills
- Excellent project management skills
- Sound knowledge of MS Office applications (e.g. Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
- Knowledge of computer programming (e.g. HTML) and graphical editing is preferred
