The Position:
To work with the Project Portfolio and Practice Managers in the Enterprise Program Management Office of the Information Management Department to ensure the ongoing delivery of the project portfolio and management of the project practice standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the management of the IT Project portfolio including a centralised view of ongoing demand requirements and management reporting of status throughout the project lifecycle
  • Assist with managing reporting and submission timelines for governance approvals to ensure consistent throughput of demand
  • Assist with development of enterprise wide risk and dependency management
  • Provide analysis on project standards / resource / scope and highlight potential problematic projects
  • Assist  in preparation of overall project portfolio financials and tracking on projects status
  • Prepare reports for various programme governance forums
  • Collaborate with key input providers to ensure all the necessary data update is available on time and with good quality
  • Assist with the development of methodologies for the effective development, maintenance and governance of project delivery
  • Assist with training and provision of support all project\programme\PMO managers
  • Work with IMT practice managers to align and integrate the project delivery framework and methodologies with the other practices (Architecture, BPM, Development, Infrastructure, BA, Testing, Operations)
  • Manage the project QA review process for projects
  • Support the project delivery content repository to ensure that content is accurate, relevant and up-to-date
  • Manage internal project delivery communications channels (Intracx, SharePoint)
  • Assist EPMO group in other areas as required
Job Requirements :
  • Minimum 8 years of IT experience with at least 2 years in similar role
  • Tertiary qualifications are desirable
  • Ability to work collaboratively across business and technical teams
  • Experience with PMO governance processes including status reporting, budget and financial tracking, and issue resolution
  • Ability to analyse information and produce reports and presentations
  • Ability to work within a team environment and liaise with all levels within an organisation
  • Able to handle ambiguity and changing environments
  • Strong reporting skills
  • Experience in project financials
  • Excellent attention to detail and concern for quality
