PurposeBased in Casablanca, Morocco, and reporting to the Chief of Engineering, the jobholder is responsible of providing all activities concerned with the tasks planning including maintenance package, records and material planning.
Main Responsibilities- Ensures scheduling and performance of all tasks at their respective due dates or within reasonable time before.
- Recommends required aircraft utilization to meet the long term Maintenance Plan.
- Conducts work Packages technical evaluation for Technical requirements and Required ground time.
- Plans for the execution of base maintenance checks
- Identifies maintenance requirements (Man Power, Tools & Materials, Slots)
- Liaises with the production team for planning liaison with Production team
- Distributes task cards according to the pre-agreed plan
- Monitors execution of tasks on daily basis and takes necessary arrangements to meet the plan in coordination with check supervisor and based on planned inspection cutoff, materials cutoff dates.
- Contributes to the production and control Process Improvements
- Is responsible for checking completeness of work packages received from Production and archiving them after maintenance completion in accordance with MAC procedures
- Is responsible for electronically removing and routing routable components through RAL during aircraft inputs
- Prepares and conducts work packages review meetings with production and logistics taking into account aircrafts availability with the Operations on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
- Archives all continuing airworthiness records and/or operator’s technical logs.
- Provides all documents required by Moroccan DGAC for issuance of Airworthiness Review Certificate (ARC Delivery/Renewal)
- Maintains a timely record of aircraft hours and cycles flown and prepares Certificate of inspection for each aircraft in the fleet aircraft and engine log books for complete fleet.
- Carries out other assignments as may be required by management.
Desired Profile- Must be a Moroccan national and a Technician or Engineer degree with an Engineering discipline.
- Excellent command of both verbal and written English skills. Spoken and written Arabic would be an advantage.
- Team leader with strong supervisory skills.
- Good Technical reports writings.
- Good MS office applications skills.
- Pro-active and self-motivated
- Minimum 5 years of relative experience. With at least 02 years in Aeronautical activities
- Good knowledge of all the planning documents
- Good knowledge of the A/C systems and components
