Purpose
This role is responsible for the Control / Maintenance of Production Documents

Main Responsibilities
  • Responsible for checking completeness of work package received from Production Planning.
  • Ensure maintenance cards are sequenced/displayed in the Control Docks and additional arising resulting from inspections are actioned in a prioritized order (Pre-docking, ship-shop-ship/ inspection/ routine/clean/lube/servicing/final inspection).
  • Raise all incoming defects from the Tech/Cabin Log.
  • Responsible for electronically removing and routing routable components through RAL during aircraft inputs.
  • Research technical data to assist engineers as and when requested.
  • Responsible for the control of all maintenance documentation and workpack register, reviewing all completed documents for correctness and proper certification before acceptance.
  • Ensure completed work package is forwarded to Production Planning after aircraft departure.
  • Update shift handover log for monitoring of critical tasks that require follow up.
  • Responsible for entry of maintenance significant defects in RAL and compile/submit debrief on aircraft departure.
  • To be aware of relevant TPM, MOE Manual procedures for Production Control.
  • Carry out instruction of the Supervisor
Desired Profile
• Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
• Computer Literate
• Must be able to communicate in both written and spoken English
• UAE Driving license required
• 2 years’ experience in Production Planning and Control
• Ability to work a Rotating Shift pattern
