Oaklands Global is currently recruiting an experienced Sales Director to join our established and expanding Client on a permanent basis in Dubai.

Summary
This role is accountable for driving new sales and obtaining contract renewals. The Sales Director will lead and contribute to all selling related activity including prospecting, qualifying, account planning, consultative selling, contract negotiation, and relationship management.


Responsibilities 
  • Within designated territory, achieve new sales revenue to meet or exceed personal targets/quotas.
  • Possess excellent business skills for managing prospects through the sales process. 
  • Prepare and present clear, compelling and persuasive sales presentations
  • Effectively negotiate terms, conditions, pricing and commitments that enhance profitability and the business relationship
  • Work with Account Managers to look for and act on opportunities for increased revenue.
  • Pursue meetings and build relationships with decision makers and maintain an awareness of issues affecting customers.
  • Create a plan for prospect identification and development.
  • Manage the sales process to maximize the return on key ratios for visits and proposals
  • Attend trade shows and user conferences as required.
  • Assist Product Management as required with reviewing specifications, determining priorities and liaising with potential customers 


Qualifications:
  • 7-10 years of territory sales experience, including 3-5 years of complex sales/marketing experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of airline flight operations, or practical experience in flight ops
  • Demonstrated understanding of airline/aviation IT and application software
  • In-depth knowledge of industry 
  • Demonstrated excellent customer relationship management skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Project management and strategic account planning skills
  • Achievement and results oriented
  • Willingness to travel as required

Our Client is offering a competitive salary and benefits package including 28 days holiday (+ 8 public holidays), pension and an uncapped commission package.
