Job Description :
  • This role is available to Hong Kong residents or to those who have the right to work in Hong Kong.
  • We are seeking a high-calibre individual to join the Cargo Revenue Management (CRM) team. As the Cargo Revenue Specialist, Flight Management, you will lead a team that has specific geographic flight responsibilities in maximising the total network profitability from our freighter and passenger network through capacity forecasting, overbooking and spill/spoil management.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive Route Development
  • Lead the periodic route revenue performance analysis to identify revenue opportunities and derive action plans
  • Recommend optimal freighter operation plan, including adhoc reroute and extra-sector operations, to maximum revenue opportunities
  • Work with CRM sub-teams to solicit support for network needs, optimize port allocation, improve revenue quality/process and enhance network capacity deployment
  • Develop integrated measurement mechanism to track success/failure and suggest improvement actions
Maximize Inventories Efficiency
  • Minimize spill and spoil by review hurdle rate and space availability setting in relation to expected demand against capacity supply
  • Review overbooking level in accordance to latest trend of booking cancellation & noshow, demand pick up, pax/luggage changes etc.
Adopt and Extend Cargo Revenue Management System (CRMS) Application
  • Continually review and analyze CRMS capacity forecast
  • Improve capacity forecast through calibrating parameters, history adjustment and forecasting algorithms
  • Champion CRMS usage and facilitate relevant process change within the flight management team
Participate and Drive Various Commercial Projects

Job Requirements :

  • Tertiary education qualifications, preferably in business or related subjects
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience, in the commercial field such as revenue management, business analysis, cargo related field
  • Hands-on knowledge in international airline industry and market is preferred. Understanding of air cargo industry will be an advantage
  • Solid stakeholders management exposure
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Sound planning and organization skills with systematic thought process
  • Polished communication and interpersonal skills with experience of working in a multi-cultural environment
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English. Proficiency in spoken Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin) would be a definite advantage
  • Able to travel overseas when required
