The Position:
This role is available to Hong Kong residents or to those who have the right to work in Hong Kong.

The position holder will help draft Cabin Crew communications.  He / she will be responsible for development, management, and maintenance of all crew communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft communications; utilize and develop all appropriate media to effectively engage interaction between Inflight Services Department and Cabin Crew community
  • Ensure communications to crew community is written and delivered in format which is appropriate to objectives
  • Apply new communications tools, methods to enhance communications with Crew members
  • Translate articles / speeches between Chinese and English; ensure accuracy on all levels
  • Oversee coordination and publication of  all Cabin Crew communication channels, both online and offline; ensure content is communicated in timely and appropriate manner
  • Research and design advertising and revenue opportunities for our communication channels
  • Manage Cabin Crew website (Dragonet) and digital communication as primary communication and productivity tool for Cabin Crew
  • Coordinate monthly meetings and working groups; monitor enquiries and feedback from Groups
  • Cultivate relationship with Cabin Crew community to open up communication channels
  • Plan and implement relationship-building activities to engage Cabin Crew members
Job Requirements :
  • University Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, Creative Writing or related discipline
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in editing / copy-writing with newspaper, magazine, internet or marketing content
  • Effective communication skills; excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese; proven ability to translate between English and Chinese
  • Polished interpersonal skills; ability to build strong, last-lasting professional relationships
  • Outgoing personality; good listener, patient, team-player, and natural leader
  • Creative, dynamic and innovative
  • Experience in handling employee relations would be an advantage
  • Experience in Cabin Crew a plus
  • Computer literacy of MS applications and Chinese word processing
  • Working knowledge of web development and publishing tools (HTML, Flash, PhotoShop, etc.) a plus
