Purpose
This purpose of this role is for the effective and smooth functioning of all Human Resources day today operational activities of the company. Ensure that the HR department functions as a one-stop-shop for all administrative services, compensation & benefits, employee relations, grievances, recruitment and formalities for cessation of employment and manage the effective implementation of the policies and procedures for the organization.

Main Responsibilities


A. Recruitment & Selection
  • Manage the staff recruitment processes and ensure best people are selected.
  • Implement psychometric testing (ability & personality) & organize assessment centers as objective tools for effective recruitment.
  • Arrange staff induction/orientation, including interaction with each department and follow up evaluation
  • Update HR Management on the recruitment status on a monthly basis.
B. Human Resource Development
  • Support and encourage positive staff relations and morale strengthening activities.
  • Analyse training requirements in consultation with line managers and assist in the implementation of staff training programs. Evaluate training and development outcomes.
  • Provide staff advocacy in support of a healthy grievance procedure and open door atmosphere.
  • Play the role of an expert/ consultant clarifying company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a feedback mechanism for staff input.
  • Provide advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation.
  • Coordinate the resolution of specific policy-related and procedural problems and inquiries.
  • Partners with employees and management to communicate various Human Resources policies, procedures, laws, standards and government regulations.
  • Conducts exit interviews and analyzes data and makes recommendations to the HR Manager for corrective action and continuous improvement.
  • Facilitates and/or provides training (including orientation) to the workforce.
  • Maintains and coordinates employee recognition programs.
  • Maintains working relationship with Govt. Depts. and adheres to terms of employment contract by monitoring day-to-day implementation of policies concerning pay, hours and working conditions.
  • Represents management in investigating, answering, and settling grievances, by arranging and scheduling grievance hearings between personnel, supervisor and the Management team.
  • Administer HR function through providing superior service to internal customers.
  • Maintains close contact with the company Management to update on employees related issues.
C. Employee Services and Personnel Administration
  • Manage Payroll and Benefits administration and maintain the HRIS & Payroll system.
  • Ensure that the systems run on high security and maintain confidentiality of all information.
  • Track and monitor all transactions processed through the system and finalize the payroll.
D. HR Operations
  • Provide support to the Management team to meet the organizational goals.
  • Represent and articulate staff concerns to the HR Management.
  • Assist Managers in all HR related issues.
  • Facilitate organization wide annual performance reviews.
  • Prepare and manage manpower and administration budget.
  • Work with the Public Relation authorities regarding immigration issues and employment authorization.
  • Handle disciplinary issues, Investigation and disciplinary actions.
  • Provide monthly HR reports
Desired Profile

Qualifications Min:
University degree with specialization in HR management or other closely related fields.

Training: Desired :
Payroll administration, Competency, Assessment techniques, Leadership.

Experience: Min :
5 years in human resources as Generalist involving recruitment, selection, classification, compensation, employee relations, payroll.
