Reporting to the VP of Technical Operations
The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate experience and ability to perform the necessary functions associated with the job and with the scale of the operation effectively.
Requirements
Must possess 15 years experience as Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer and 5 years experience in a Managerial/Supervisory position with Offshore Oil & Gas Support
Must be a current holder of a valid EASA Part 66 B1 / B2 AMEL (or Equivalent) with Type Ratings on 2 or more of the following Helicopters:
- Bell 412 / A109/ EC130 / EC135
- Preferably with experience in B412 EP Offshore Operations
Must have a solid Engineering Background & Apprentice Training
Must possess excellent Leadership Skills, a Strong Personality and the ability to manage a multi-cultural team to increase Efficiency and Productivity
Must possess Knowledge in the Aviation Technical Operations Field
Must be Solution Driven
UAE GCAA Part 66 AMEL will be an advantage
Must possess Excellent Planning & Organizing Skills
