  • Our eBusiness team has contributed to development of necessary web-based technology to improve our operations, customer relationships, and revenue enhancement. We are looking for a dynamic individual to become part of our team.
  • This position is to assist the eBusiness Services & CRM Assistant Manager in the preparation and execution of UAT relating to online / mobile customer experience, e-journey applications, channels and any ad hoc projects and assignments during the implementation of our new Passenger Services System (PSS).

Key Responsibilities :

  • Work as a primary role and contact point of UAT with  IT Team in PSS  project
  • Review requirement specification and define testing strategies for all impacted applications and customer processes
  • Prepare test scenarios, UAT Plan and conduct testing, defect progress report and management
  • Define test cases or data required for conducting UAT
  • Clarify the necessary testing procedures, UAT cycles, duration and review scenarios with testing team
  • Report defects via Quality Centre and clarify the problems, bugs, and define the relevant severity level based on the agreed standard
  • Follow up with defects fix, re-test or regression testing
  • Conduct on-site testing or support for customer process verification at airports Assist with rehearsal exercise and consolidate all the cutover activities and checklist
  • Monitor the performance after cutover, develop outstanding defect lists and appropriate documentation for future releases
  • Provide support for all the test enquiries from outports and other departments
  • Support team in the preparation of test and CM product materials for internal and external communications
  • Develop outstanding defect lists and appropriate documentation for future releases
  • Manage business rules engine and content such as labels, error messages, remark, introduction page, FAQ during implementation

Job Requirements :

  • Diploma or Degree in eCommerce, Computer Science or Statistics
  • 1-2 years experience in website management, testing
  • Must have project planning and management experience
  • Must have good problem analysis and solving skills
  • Must have good research, analytical, data manipulation and reporting skills. Knowledge of SQL concept, VBA, Cognos, Brio Query a plus
  • Good team player, quick learner, good interpersonal skills and able to work in a multi-cultural environment
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and Chinese
