Job Description :
- This role is available to Hong Kong residents or to those who have the right to work in Hong Kong.
- The activities of Flight Operations Department are formulated with the aim of providing safe, effective and economical operation of the Company’s aircraft; and the mandate of the Flight Dispatch section is to provide accurate information for all flights.
- We are now seeking individuals who possess strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills to assume the role of Flight Dispatch Assistant. You will perform flight dispatch duties in accordance with Company procedures and work closely in partnership with multinational pilots.
Key Responsibilities:- Produce flight plans which contain route details, fuel consumption, flight time, altitudes, weather information and navigation information
- Prepare flight documents including computer flight plans, Weather and NOTAM (Notice to Airmen) Bulletins and Navtech manuals for the flights
- Conduct pre-flight briefings to pilots
Job Requirements :
- HKCEE standard with 5 passes including English (Syl. B) and Mathematics
- Valid HK Driving License (Class 1)
- Good spoken English and Chinese
- Polished interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Strong analytical ability and a good team player
- Willingness to perform shift duties including overnight shifts
