As Assistant Personnel Manager, you will gain unique exposure to a broad scope of airline business disciplines and cultures as you provide all-round HR service to different departmental functions in our headquarter.
Key Responsibilities:
Together with the Personnel Manager HKG Ground Staff, you will work with client  departments as their business partner  to manage HR initiatives and issues, for instance:
  • provide professional HR consultative and support services to client departments
  • provide advice on structural changes and on decisions that impact staff or HR policies
  • assist in developing and implementing different HR programmes and initiatives
  • support key HR activities such as recruitment and selection, job evaluation, staff deployment, etc.
Job Requirements :
  • University degree, preferably in Human Resources or Business Management
  • 5 years' solid HR experience obtained from sizable corporations
  • Knowledge of the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related ordinances
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Cantonese is essential
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Initiative to drive and follow through projects independently
  • Excellent communication skills, and a flexible and customer-focused approach to providing HR services
