Job Description     

Reporting to the Administration & Facilities Manager, the Administration & Facilities Administrator will provide efficient and effective support to the Administration and Facilities Team and all Jet2.com and Jet2holidays colleagues at our offices at Leeds Bradford International Airport and Leeds City Centre.

You will be responsible for processing uniform orders and responding to any queries regarding size, quality and availability liaising directly with our colleagues to ensure they are kept updated on their orders. You will issue uniforms as required and make sure they are available at the correct time and location for crew. You will also maintain good working relationships with our uniform suppliers, keeping stock available and monitoring all contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The maintenance of detailed records of all orders, costs and issued uniform is vital to the success of this role.

In addition, you will provide ad hoc support to the Administration & Facilities Team as and when required.

The successful candidate will be IT literate and a good communicator with excellent organisational and time management skills. You must have the ability to work in a fast paced environment delivering to tight timescales with a natural inclination to help.
