Job Description:
Gama Aviation FZE is currently seeking an Office Manager based in Dubai.
You will be responsible for managing aspects of the company’s day to day administration and HR related issues to ensure a smooth running of the office. The candidate will report to the General Manager and the role includes liaison with our Head Quarters in the UK and our regional offices in Hong Kong and Jeddah.

Primary roles and responsibilities:
• Manage and monitor clerical, administrative and secretarial responsibilities and tasks
• coordinate office staff activities to ensure maximum efficiency
• organise orientation and training of new staff members
• ensure security and confidentiality of data
• monitor and maintain office supplies inventory
• ensure office policies and procedures are being adhered to
• maintain a safe and secure working environment
• manage internal staff relations

Candidate Specifications
• a business degree or equivalent with a number of years administrative and supervisory experience
• knowledge of data and administrative management practices and procedures
• knowledge of clerical practices and procedures
• knowledge of human resources management practices and procedures
• knowledge of business and management principles
• computer skills and knowledge of office software packages
