Job Description :- This role is available to Hong Kong residents or to those who have the right to work in Hong Kong.
- Airline Planning Department is constantly looking for opportunities to increase overall network profitability while ensuring proper operational set up for schedule implementation.
- As Airline Planning Co-ordinator, you’ll work with various internal and external parties to ensure our passenger and cargo schedules are operationally sound and that resources are efficiently deployed to maximize profit.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare monthly aircraft employment plan - a monthly exercise to implement tactical changes to meet commercial and operational requirements.
- Assess profitability of extra sector and charter operations as well as tactical aircraft deployment changes with charterer or REV to maximize network profitability.
- Ensure proper setting up of operational aspects of extra sectors, charters and seasonal schedules for both passenger and freighter operations – including assessing of operational feasibilities with other departments and outports, compliance to local rules, securing slot acquisition, overflying clearance and other government approvals.
- Assist with the publication of seasonal passenger and cargo schedule
Job Requirements :- University degree in Mathematics/Science/Business Studies
- At least 3- 5 years’ airline experience, preferably with some operation planning experience
- Strong commercial sense and analytical skills
- Competencies with excel
- Good command of both spoken and written English
- Ability to work under high pressure and work well in a team environment
