SR Technics Together with ADAT Establish Single Component Service for Component Support and Delivery

Zurich, Switzerland: SR Technics, part of the Mubadala Aerospace MRO network, has established with its sister company ADAT a dedicated component support and delivery center, Single Component Services (SCS).

According to SR Technics this is to provide around the clock component loan, exchange and sales, directly to airlines or their service providers, leveraging  their local presence in Asia, Middle East, Europe and the Americas. With a customer service team of 30 employees across multiple time zones together with component pools in Zurich, London, Singapore, Melbourne, Abu Dhabi and a warehouse in Florida planned later this year. Combined the facitlites houses in excess of  78,000 line itmes.  

As announced by SR Technics all customers need to do is login to the online platform, check the availability and place their orders real-time – and the part will be shipped immediately. While SCS inventory availability can also be sourced through the most frequently used industry platforms, such as ILsmart, PartsBase, Aeroxchange and OneAero.
