FL Technics of Lithuania Extends its Cooperation with easyJet Covering Airbus A319

FL Technics, the MRO facility based in Vilnius International Airport in Lithuania, extends its cooperation with the UK based low cost carrier easyJet, by signing the three-year agreement for nine Airbus A319 aircraft line maintenance at Manchester Airport and Newcastle International Airport.
Following the completion of a tender issued by easyJet, FL Technics have extended the current line maintenance contract until 2015. According to the agreement, FL Technics, through its subsidiary Storm Aviation will provide line maintenance support for six easyJet Airbus A319 aircraft at Manchester Airport, one of the busiest airports in the UK and Europe. FL Technics has also secured the easyJet base in Newcastle (the North East of England), where they will carry out maintenance works for three easyJet Airbus A319. At the same station FL Technics already serves two other major operators – Emirates and KLM Royal Dutch Airlines.

FL Technics holds all the EASA certificates required for narrow and wide body aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul services: EASA Part 145 (Maintenance Organisation Approval), EASA Part 147 (Maintenance Training and Examination Organisation Approval), EASA Part M (Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation Approval) and the newly obtained Part 21 (Design Organisation Approval).
