IAMCO Renews Contract with AFI KLM E&M for Component Repairs on NATO AWACS Aircraft

Paris, IAMCO (International Aerospace Management Company), the prime contractor responsible for maintaining NATO's fleet of AWACS aircraft, has renewed its component repair contract with Air France Industries KLM Engineering & Maintenance (AFI KLM E&M).The long term contract covers repairs, maintenance and special testing of the unique systems equipping the AWACS fleet.
Gaetano Ruscito, Manager of the IAMCO Components Subcontract Management Branch said: "AFI KLM E&M has been maintaining these specific components for many years. Its experience is an asset for NATO,"
Ton Dortmans, KLM E&M Executive VP, commented: "We are very happy to contribute our expertise on these components. We will continue to offer IAMCO our top-quality services and as usual will demonstrate our adaptability and responsiveness in meeting its requirements."
