Jet Airways, yesterday achieved the completion of over 3 million operating hours on CFM56 engines. This came a few months after the airline phased-in the100th aircraft into service. According to Jet Airways, “it is the first airline to introduce the best-in-class-technology CFM56 engines to India and more importantly even in Asia, as early as 1993”
