Rockwell Collins Completes Acquisition of ARINC Incorporated from The Carlyle Group

Carlyle acquired ARINC in October 2007 with equity from investment funds Carlyle Partners IV and Carlyle Mezzanine Partners II.
CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa - Rockwell Collins, Inc. (NYSE: COL) today announced it completed the acquisition of ARINC Incorporated from The Carlyle Group (NASDAQ:CG) for $1.4 billion. The sale agreement was first announced in August 2013.
