Dassault Systèmes, the 3DEXPERIENCE Company, has announced it will exhibiting its commercial and technical aerospace solutions on the French Aerospace Industries Association(GIFAS) stands at the Dubai Airshow from 17-21 November 2013.
Dassault Systèmes has more than 30 years experience in aerospace and defense. The company developed and produced 3D modeling and digital mock-up technology and launched the product lifecycle management(PLM ) to the market.
3DEXPERIENCE Technology is the industry's 3D business and process simulation solution for OEM's and their supply chains. Users include Boeing, Airbus, Embraer Dassault Aviation, Agusta Westland, Astrium and Rolls-Royce.
Olivier Leteurtre, Dassault Systèmes managing director Western Europe, said. "The Middle-East is challenged to develop its aerospace industry capability, IP creation programme, and MRO (Maintenance Repair Overhaul) expertise through technology transfer. We partner in Government backed joint ventures with innovative regional aerospace manufacture and aircraft operators collaboratively developing solutions to meet that challenge.
"Most objects used throughout the world from a shampoo bottle to an airplane are designed, and their programmes managed with our applications. In this region we also partner with cities to sustainably develop and improve people's lives and the services that support them. The Middle-East has ambitious civic, commercial and industrial targets. We are proud to demonstrate how Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE is instrumental to their delivery."
Design and business information is managed and communicated using immersive 3D simulations. This provides stakeholders with the information they need to make informed business and engineering decisions based on a range of available and feasible alternatives.
The software also ensures productivity at every stage of product or service development. IP is generated, retained, managed and deployed as an increasingly valuable business asset to be used throughout an extended enterprise.
