Jeppesen to Provide Danish Air Transport with Electronic Flight Bag Services

ENGLEWOOD, Colo. – Jeppesen, a fully owned subsidiary of Boeing Digital Aviation, recently agreed to a three-year charting and electronic flight bag (EFB) service contract with Danish Air Transport, a regional commercial carrier based in Denmark.

Jeppesen FliteDeck Pro for Windows and iOS platforms will provide Danish Air Transport with access to flight and navigational data.  

Danish Air Transport will integrate Jeppesen FliteDeck Pro Windows-based EFB services for installed avionics, while mobile access to supplemental pilot information provided through Jeppesen FliteDeck Pro on iPad.

“Integrating both installed and mobile Jeppesen EFB solutions allows us to fly with the top navigation and supplemental data available in the industry, delivered in a pilot-centered format.”

Jeppesen FliteDeck Pro flight information for installed avionics and mobile platforms, including worldwide navigation charts, is delivered to Jeppesen FliteDeck Pro through the Jeppesen Distribution Manager Pro (JDM Pro) solution for the airline.

Danish Air Transport operates a mixed aircraft fleet, providing scheduled and charter commercial service from its hub in Denmark since 1989.
