Air France Industries Renews Bureau Veritas' Certification for its Facilities in France

PARIS, AMSTELVEEN, Following an external audit conducted by Bureau Veritas from 25 March to 4 April 2013, Air France Industries obtained the renewal of its single & global certification for a further three years.

First obtained in 2007, the certification covers all Air France Industries and KLM Engineering & Maintenance (AFI KLM E&M) facilities in France, CDG, Le Bourget, Orly, Villeneuve-Le-Roi and Toulouse Blagnac sites.

The certification also covers nine international standards: ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environment), ISO 22000 (Food Safety), ISO 15489 (Documentation), ISO 26000/Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), EN 9100 (Aircraft Maintenance - Design), EN 9110 (Aircraft Maintenance - Repairs), EN 9120 (Storage), and OHSAS 18001 (Occupational Health and Safety).

Over a period of ten days, the Bureau Veritas auditors visited all French sites and interviewed AFI KLM E&M personnel.
