BOC Aviation Signs New Five-Year Aircraft Maintenance Agreement with ST Aerospace

BOC Aviation Pte. Ltd. ("BOC Aviation") announced it entered into a new five-year agreement with ST Aerospace to maintain Airbus 320 and Boeing 737 airframes. The two companies have had a business relationship since 1996.
ST Aerospace, a MRO service provider, have been assisting the transition of an Airbus A319-100 (MSN 2664) for delivery to Bangkok Airways during which it carried out a heavy C-check, repairs, parts replacement, reconfiguration and re- painting, to meet the standards for the transition of the aircraft to the new operator. carried out in Singapore at its Seletar facility.

BOC Aviation is an Asia-based aircraft leasing company with a portfolio of 220 owned and managed aircraft operated by airlines worldwide and another 85 aircraft on firm order. BOC Aviation is 100% owned by Bank of China.The Company has passed its first US$1 billion in cumulative net profits under Bank of China.
