It was setup by AVIAREPS AG and Feuerherd Aviation Consulting GmbH, with the objective at providing airlines, airports and related stakeholders consultancy and management services covering airline health check, corporate assessments, airline restructuring, cost reduction programs and business plan development.

 

AVIAREPS Group, incorporated 1994 in Germany, is an airline and  tourism management company with offices in 35 countries. It is also passenger general sales agents (GSA) services and tourism marketing with interests in public relations, advertising, IT solutions, financial services, airport marketing, trade & retail promotion.

While Feuerherd Aviation Consulting was founded and managed by Sascha Feuerherd, a former senior director at Lufthansa Consulting and was previously the head of IATA airline consulting.
