Abu Dhabi, Royal Jet President and Chief Executive Officer Shane O’Hare this week predicted that the regional market for private jet travel would grow at 6-8% in the region this year and next, with Royal Jet itself forecasting 15% growth this year. Both figures are well ahead of the 2-3% annual growth forecast for business jet travel predicted by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) for the next 20 years. Read More »»»

Abu Dhabi, Royal Jet announced the previously released strong performance for the fourth quarter of 2011 continued in the first quarter of 2012 as the private jet operator recorded a 15 per cent increase in revenue over the same period last year. Abu Dhabi, Royal Jet commissioned a US$ nine (9) million refit and refurbishment for one of its Boeing Business Jets (BBJs) from a BBJ  fleet consisting of six.  Sabena technics, part of Mubadala Aerospace MRO network have been contracted for this project that involves cabin refurbishment, livery painting, aircraft maintenance and a systems upgrade including state-of-the-art in-flight entertainment, live TV, SATCOM, Wi-Fi and global mobile systems (GSM).
