Qatar Airways to Launch Non-Stop Flights To Dallas/Fort Worth in July 2014

DOHA – Qatar Airways announced its seventh destination to the US with the start of Dallas/Fort Worth (DFW) flight service on July 1, 2014.

The destination will become Qatar Airways’ second route in Texas, the airline currently operates to Houston non-stop daily from Doha.

The Dallas/Fort Worth route will be operated with a Boeing 777-200LR aircraft, having a two-class configuration with 42 business class, economy class 217 seats.

Currently flying to four destinations in the United States – New York, Washington DC, Chicago, and Houston – the airline will close to double the available seat capability with the addition of three new routes in 2014: Philadelphia in 2 April, Miami in 10 June and Dallas/Fort Worth.

The Doha based carrier network expansion is planned to include routes, to Hangzhou, China in December 20 2013, Sharjah and Dubai World Central in March 1, Philadelphia, USA in April 2, 2014, Sabiha Gökçen Airport, Turkey in May 22, Edinburgh, Scotland in May 28, and Miami, USA in June 10, 2014.
