Royal Jordanian Suspends All Flights to Damascus and Aleppo, Syria

Amman, Royal Jordanian announced it will suspend starting with today’s flights, its daily scheduled flight service between Amman and Damascus and Aleppo. The airline gave the reason for suspending the service, the huge drop in traffic due to the current situation prevailing in Syria. 

While Royal Jordanian reiterated it will review the situation for resuming the flight service to Damascus and Aleppo, subject to passenger demand. 

The Amman based airline, issued a statment to the passesngers holding valid tickets to the two destination in Syria, having the option to refund the tickets of the cancelled flights or revalidate them to a later date after resuming the service, with no penalties, addtionally the passengers may utilize the ticket value to purchase any other ticket on Royal Jordanian
