The airline is privately owned and is based in Cairo, Egypt. Its main base is Cairo International Airport with hubs at the Abu Simbel Airport, Daraw Airport, Aswan, Sharm el-Sheikh International Airport, Hurghada International Airport, and Luxor International Airport.
Established in 1997, the airline started operations in 1998.
